Welcome to Iron Glory Tattoo. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (ironglorytattoo.com) and our tattoo services. By booking an appointment or accessing our site, you agree to comply with the following terms.
1. Services
Iron Glory Tattoo, operated by Hold Fast Art Company, provides professional tattoo services in Boca Raton, Florida. All services are subject to availability and prior booking.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to receive a tattoo.
Clients aged 16–17 may be tattooed only with a notarized parental consent form (DH 4146, Florida Department of Health).
No tattoos are performed on persons under 16.
A valid government-issued photo ID is required.
3. Booking, Deposits & Cancellations
A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the tattoo price is required to secure your appointment.
The deposit will be applied toward the final tattoo cost.
To reschedule without losing your deposit, notice must be given at least 3 days in advance.
After 3 reschedules, a new deposit will be required to book again.
Deposits are not transferable to another person.
4. Health Disclosure
Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant health conditions, allergies, or medications. Iron Glory Tattoo is not liable for complications resulting from undisclosed conditions.
5. Refund Policy
All tattoo services are final. No refunds are issued once the tattoo process has started.
6. Liability & Risks
Tattooing carries inherent risks, including infection, allergic reactions, and scarring. By booking, you acknowledge these risks and release Iron Glory Tattoo and its artists from liability for any adverse effects.
7. Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, and content created by Iron Glory Tattoo remain the property of Hold Fast Art Company unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Website Use
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any website content without written permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
